So that a shortcut program is practical it needs, at least, two things: to be very easy to use, and to be completely free. Basic Access (also known as Easy Access) has them both. Certainly, the working of Basic Access couldn`t be simpler. It lets you group the programs, folders and files you most often use. Once you have selected them, just press the button placed in the Windows taskbar and a menu will open offering you quick access to any of them. Basic Access lets you add multiple menus, and separators to make the menu more legible when it opens.
